Історія Максима в «Аврорі» розпочалась випадково, але швидко переросла у справжній професійний шлях, на якому він постійно рухався вперед і прагнув до нового. А сьогодні, як він сам зазначає: «Аврора — це другий дім, а колеги — сім’я».
Юлія прийшла до «Аврори» тимчасово, шукаючи підробіток. Проте щирість, бажання до розвитку та віра в цінності компанії перетворили цю тимчасову зупинку на шлях, сповнений викликів, зростання та досягнень.

Halyna, even while writing the interview, did not stop confidently walking up the career ladder and took the position of category manager of the "Beauty and Health" direction.
Stanislav's journey at Aurora began with a managerial position in the support office. However, he wasn’t afraid to challenge himself by trying a completely different field. Thanks to his efforts, he now leads the category managers in the "Textile" direction.
Although Anzhela's journey with the company began as a side job, it has now extended into her 10th year of fruitful work. Over this time, thanks to her ambition, determination, and constant thirst for learning, she has earned the position of Head of the Department.
