Віталій — той, хто не боїться змін і вперто йде до мети. Навіть під час підготовки цього інтерв’ю він продовжував свій кар’єрний шлях і вже встиг обійняти нову посаду — категорійного менеджера. Його історія — про сміливість почати з нуля, про 10 співбесід і...

Історія Максима в «Аврорі» розпочалась випадково, але швидко переросла у справжній професійний шлях, на якому він постійно рухався вперед і прагнув до нового. А сьогодні, як він сам зазначає: «Аврора — це другий дім, а колеги — сім’я».

Юлія прийшла до «Аврори» тимчасово, шукаючи підробіток. Проте щирість, бажання до розвитку та віра в цінності компанії перетворили цю тимчасову зупинку на шлях, сповнений викликів, зростання та досягнень.

Дарина розпочала свій шлях в «Аврорі» з посади менеджерки з комунікацій, і згодом успішно виросла до менеджерки з розвитку LEAN. А завдяки своїй наполегливості та прагненню до зростання, за час підготовки цього інтерв’ю вона обійняла посаду адміністраторки комерційного відділу.

Ганна працює в компанії вже 11й рік. Вона розпочала свій кар'єрний шлях одразу після виходу з декрету і за цей час стала більше, ніж цінною фахівчинею, - вона невід’ємна частина команди. Гана жартує, що її син зростав разом з «Авророю» - обом цьогоріч виповнюється 14....

Starting as a corporate trainer, Yuliia navigated challenges, setbacks, and new opportunities to become a marketer. Her journey highlights the importance of overcoming fears, believing in oneself, and seizing every opportunity for growth.

Halyna, even while writing the interview, did not stop confidently walking up the career ladder and took the position of category manager of the "Beauty and Health" direction.

Stanislav's journey at Aurora began with a managerial position in the support office. However, he wasn’t afraid to challenge himself by trying a completely different field. Thanks to his efforts, he now leads the category managers in the "Textile" direction.

Although Anzhela's journey with the company began as a side job, it has now extended into her 10th year of fruitful work. Over this time, thanks to her ambition, determination, and constant thirst for learning, she has earned the position of Head of the Department.
