Our Company is Veteran-Friendly
- Received an award for developing a corporate culture focused on supporting veterans from Veteran Hub;
- Ranked in the TOP-25 companies friendly to veterans by Forbes;
- Launched a mentorship program for veterans and conducted training for managers and employees on the course “How to Work with Veterans and Make This Interaction Mutually Beneficial”;
- Support the reintegration of veterans through sports: organizing our own fishing competitions and partnering in sports events to support military personnel.

The Head of the Retail Project Office, Vitalii Demochko, was the first employee to return from the front lines. When he returned to work, he was tasked with forming a new department. The veteran noted that after his service, he became quicker and more decisive. He then helped develop a program for veterans' return and became a mentor for the demobilized.
Vitalii does not focus the company's attention on his military experience. "The less a reintegration program emphasizes veteran status, the faster adaptation process occurs," noted Alona Zhyhura, Head of the CSR Department at the company. Immersion in work and concentration on new tasks help restore a sense of significance and integrate into society.
However, at Aurora, we are prepared to address the specific needs of veterans.
