Recently, Kyiv became a hub of innovation in the field of communications — it hosted the business forum “Innovations in Communications: The Energy of Growth” and the award ceremony of the “Best Corporate Media of Ukraine 2025” competition. The event brought together leading companies from across the country to discuss key trends, share expertise, and celebrate the most outstanding corporate media projects of the year.
At the forum, Maria Yeshchenko, Head of Corporate Communications at Avrora Multimarket, presented the corporate magazine Aurora’s Life and the website robota.avrora.ua — tools that help the company consistently build a strong and recognizable employer brand. Maria emphasized that a modern company is not just a workplace but a community that cultivates trust and support, documents its path, shapes its own culture, and shares it openly with the world.
This year, Avrora’s projects became some of the competition’s top winners. The corporate magazine Aurora’s Life received the Grand Prix — for fostering a culture of dialogue, support, development, and inspiration, as well as for its contemporary visual style and powerful engagement effect. The corporate website robota.avrora.ua won 2nd place, earning high praise for its innovation, inclusivity, and professional representation of the company’s values. Both of our media — Aurora’s Life and robota.avrora.ua — were included among the Best Corporate Media of Ukraine 2025.
