Avrora’s HCD, Olha Pravda, joined the panel discussion “From ‘Closing Vacancies’ to ‘Sustaining the Business’,” where experts addressed labor market challenges and the evolving role of HR during wartime. At the center of the conversation was the shift from operational hiring to comprehensive human capital management.
During the discussion, Olha shared Avrora’s approaches to building a culture of trust and engagement, developing internal talent, and creating conditions in which employees feel supported and have opportunities for growth. She emphasized that today, the team is a key factor in the company’s resilience.
“HR is about the long-term presence of people in the business — their adaptation and development. This is how an environment is created in which a company can move forward with confidence, even in times of change,” Olha Pravda noted.
