“Avrora” has been included in the ranking of the best employers of 2025 by New Voice magazine and the international executive search and leadership advisory company Odgers Ukraine. This recognition once again proves that caring for people and fostering team development are true core values of the company.
The organizers of the ranking selected 152 of Ukraine’s largest companies by revenue and number of employees, segmented them by industry, and invited them to take part in the study. Eighty-nine companies agreed to share their cases through detailed questionnaires, describing their employee development programs, support initiatives, and social responsibility efforts.
Experts evaluated employers across four key areas: support for veterans and their families, diversity and inclusion programs, employee support during crises, and talent retention and development. Based on the results, the top 50 companies implementing the best people-focused practices were identified.
“For the Avrora team, being among the best employers is yet another confirmation that caring for people has always been and remains one of our company’s top priorities. Support for veterans, creating a barrier-free environment, and ensuring the professional growth of our employees are all part of our corporate culture — one built on mutual respect and trust,” said Olha Pravda, Director of the Human Capital Department at the Avrora retail chain.
The company consistently develops programs to support veterans and their families, implements inclusivity principles, ensures safe working conditions, and creates opportunities for professional growth. Being featured among the best employers is not the finish line — it’s an incentive to continue strengthening a corporate culture where people are always at the center.
