Artificial intelligence in HR is no longer about “trying it out” — it is about systemic solutions that already impact business efficiency today. This was the core focus of the discussion “AI in HR: An Efficiency Tool or a New Risk for People and Business?” at the RAU HR Conference, joined by Hanna Prykhodchenko, Operational Leader of the Human Capital Department at Avrora.
In her speech, Hanna emphasized that for Avrora, AI is not a trend but a practical tool for strengthening teams. Automating recruitment, HR analytics, document management, and learning processes reduces routine workload and frees up time for strategic tasks. This approach enables the Human Capital function to focus on people development and business support.
The company is gradually integrating AI into its internal processes, testing solutions that demonstrate real effectiveness. Among the next steps are the launch of a virtual HR assistant and the development of in-house expertise in the R&D direction.
At the same time, Hanna Prykhodchenko stressed that final decisions and responsibility remain with people. The implementation of technologies takes into account data security, the risks of algorithmic bias, and the context of wartime. This balance between innovation and responsibility allows Avrora to move forward confidently while keeping its focus on people.
