- Навчання, підтримка новачків і ведення робочих процесів за новою методологією;
- Донесення інформації щодо нововведень, коректив у роботі;
- Контроль вчасної упаковки ТТ на закріпленому прольоті;
- Організація підтримки чистоти та проведення аудитів на прольоті протягом дня;
- Розбір і врегулювання конфліктних, спірних питань між співробітниками;
- Налагодження контакту і довіри в своїй команді, щоб кожен був почутий і отримував вчасний зрозумілий зворотній зв'язок по заданому питанню та інші важливі задачі.
- Робота в таблиці KPI , розбір помилок під час комплектації .
- Допомога в налаштуванні процесів розподілу товару .
