On October 24, the annual HR Pro Awards Conference took place in Kyiv.
The event featured over 70 speakers and projects from leading Ukrainian companies — including two projects presented by Aurora Multimarket.

"Aurora Donorship" is a project about how our drive to help and be useful has evolved into a structured, company-wide corporate blood donation initiative.
The desire to make a difference and help others is one of the shared values that unite Aurorians. These motivations have only grown stronger since the start of the full-scale invasion — and they continue to inspire us.
During the project presentation, Olha Pravda (HCD) and Aliona Zhihura (Head of CSR) shared insights into our systematic approach to donations, the tools and metrics we use, and how deeply this initiative influences our company culture.
A casual joke by one of our team members gave birth to a unique community and project within Aurora — Aurora’s “Bla Bla Car.”
It’s not just about sharing rides to work — it’s about people coming together in a time of crisis and transforming their support into a meaningful community.
During the presentation, Olha Pravda (HCD) and Olha Poliuga (Head of Corporate Culture) explained that while the mechanism is similar to the well-known carpooling concept, the goals are different: uniting Aurorians, optimizing transportation costs, and reducing carbon emissions.
We’re proud to share that Aurora’s “Bla Bla Car” project was recognized in the “Resilience and Charity” category at the HR Pro Awards!
We are incredibly proud of the teams creating initiatives that change the life of the company — and every Aurorian who takes part in them.
