The Aurora Students Summer School has officially begun, offering students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a real business environment, gain hands-on experience, and take their first step toward a professional career.
The program kicked off with an open Q&A session featuring Aurora Co-founder Lev Zhydenko. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, receive honest answers, gain practical insights, and learn more about Aurora's approach to building a successful business, strong teams, and a culture of continuous growth.
This year, 13 students from different regions of Ukraine joined the program. From July 6 to July 28, they will learn from experienced professionals, work on real business cases, and develop valuable practical skills alongside the Aurora team.
The upcoming weeks will include lectures from Aurora's top managers, training sessions led by the Learning & Development Center, assessments, hands-on business challenges, collaborative teamwork, and a deeper introduction to Aurora's corporate culture.
The program will conclude with project presentations, where participants will showcase their ideas and compete for the opportunity to secure an internship and receive a job offer from Aurora.
At Aurora, we believe that investing in young talent means investing in the future. We wish all participants an inspiring journey, bold ideas, and great achievements throughout the program.
