Vitalii Zhyhura Presented «Aurora»’s Experience at Soft Skills Summit 2026

On September 13, Vitalii Zhyhura, Head of L&D at «Aurora», took part in the online panel discussion “L&D in the AI Era: Teaching or Changing Behavior — How to Demonstrate the Value of Soft Skills Development to Stakeholders” as part of Soft Skills Summit 2026. The discussion focused on team development, communication, modern leadership approaches, and the transformation of L&D in the AI era.

As part of the summit, the «Aurora» multimarket chain’s “Multimarket of Rewards” case also reached the finals of the Soft Skills Summit Awards in the “Best Innovation in Soft Skills Learning and Development” category. This achievement gives us an opportunity to share our team’s practices with the professional community and demonstrate how we approach learning and support the development of our people in practice.

Soft Skills Summit 2026, organized by UpPro School, is an event dedicated to soft skills development in Ukraine. Over three days, the summit brought together more than 70 Ukrainian and international speakers and thousands of participants, including HR and L&D professionals, business leaders, psychologists, and coaches.
