Your key responsibilities:

Консультувати щодо роботи продукту, проводити короткі демо B2B-кабінету.

Підтримувати регулярну комунікацію після підключення, допомагати клієнту використовувати сервіс ефективніше.

Передавати складні операційні або технічні питання відповідним командам.

Збирати зворотний зв'язок і структуровано передавати його продуктовій команді — твої спостереження напряму впливають на розвиток продукту.

Вести клієнтів у CRM, оновлювати статуси, пропонувати покращення в процесах роботи.

1+ років досвіду в ролі Account Manager або Customer Success Manager у B2B.

Маєш досвід із CRM та обліковими системами.
-
Розумієш фінансовий документообіг.
-
Пояснюєш складне просто і береш відповідальність за результат клієнта.
-
Працюєш автономно і комфортно почуваєшся там, де процеси ще змінюються.
-
Тобі цікаво розбиратися у новому продукті і впливати на його розвиток.
-
Ти проживаєш в Полтаві, або готовий/-ва перший місяць провести в головному офісі і періодично мати відрядження.

Буде плюсом наявність попереднього досвіду у рітейлі або e-commerce.
