Last week, the offline HR conference HR Hills took place in Chernivtsi, bringing together experts in people development, corporate culture, and team effectiveness. One of the speakers was Vitalii Zhihura, Head of L&D at the Avrora retail chain, who gave a talk titled “Team Code.”
