«Aurora» Receives the 2026 National Equal Opportunities Leadership Award
«Aurora» was shortlisted for the 2026 National Equal Opportunities Leadership Award and was named the winner in the “Transformational Leadership” category.
The award ceremony took place on September 22 at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. «Aurora» was shortlisted alongside 16 other leading Ukrainian companies and organizations and was recognized for its initiatives aimed at advancing equal opportunities in the workplace.
Among the practices implemented by the «Aurora» team is a reskilling initiative developed in partnership with Reskilling Ukraine. The program enables women to gain qualifications in technical and manufacturing occupations, including roles as truck drivers and production operators.
The National Equal Opportunities Leadership Awards are held annually by the international Women Leaders for Ukraine community. For the «Aurora» team, this recognition reflects the practical work already being undertaken across the company to broaden access to professional opportunities and support greater participation of women across a wider range of occupations.
