«Aurora» Named Among Ukraine’s Top 50 Large-Business Employers by NV and Odgers

The «Aurora» multimarket chain has been named among Ukraine’s Top 50 employers in the large-business category, according to the ranking by NV and Odgers. The results were announced on October 16 during an awards ceremony held as part of the “Business and New Challenges” event. 

This year’s ranking included 50 large companies and five medium-sized businesses. Employers were evaluated across four key areas: support for veterans and their families, talent retention and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee support during times of crisis. 

For the «Aurora» team, this recognition acknowledges our ongoing efforts to create a workplace where employees feel supported and have opportunities for professional growth.
