Taras Panasenko is among the TOP-20 CEOs of Ukraine

Recently, Delo magazine announced the TOP-50 ranking of the best top managers of Ukrainian companies, based on their evaluation, and held an award ceremony as part of the annual Business Wisdom Summit conference.
Over 100 companies competed for a spot in the ranking. Among the TOP-20 retail representatives, alongside Aurora, were Varus, ATB, Metro Ukraine, Epicentr, Novus, Eva, Ukrnafta, and others.
The evaluation process consisted of several stages. First, an online vote determined the 50 most recognized Ukrainian CEOs. Then, an expert jury assessed the candidates based on five key criteria:
- Experience in executive roles within the industry
- Crisis management skills
- Use of innovation in their work
- Leadership potential
- Change management competence
