Taras Panasenko Named Among Ukraine's Top 5 Business Leaders by NV

Taras Panasenko, co-owner of the «Aurora» multimarket chain, has been named one of Ukraine's five most outstanding business leaders in NV's “Top Managers Who Keep the Country Going. Dialogues with NV” study.

The award ceremony took place on August 26, recognizing business leaders who, according to NV, make a significant contribution to the resilience of Ukrainian business and the country's economy. Alongside Taras Panasenko, the top five included executives from PUMB, Kernel, Winner Group Ukraine, and METRO Ukraine.

The six-month study was conducted by NV together with Odgers Ukraine and Wellbeing. The organizers analyzed the financial performance of leading companies across ten sectors, surveyed employees, and interviewed CEOs to gain a comprehensive view of their leadership approaches.

Following the award ceremony, participants joined discussions on managing large businesses, maintaining financial resilience during the war, and building a people-centered approach to management.
