Kateryna Kuzhym Presented «Aurora»’s Experience in Compliance

On August 27, Kateryna Kuzhym, Compliance Specialist at the «Aurora» retail chain, took part in the online webinar “Integrity in Business: New Opportunities for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”. The focus was on the requirements that large businesses set for their contractors and partners. 

Kateryna presented a practical case from the «Aurora» team — the Partner Interaction Code. We use the Code as a day-to-day guideline for cooperation, and it is also a mandatory component of every contract. Kateryna also shared practical steps businesses can take when introducing compliance principles into their relationships with partners. 

The webinar was organized by UNIC in partnership with Transparency International Ukraine and the Institute of Analytics and Advocacy. 

For the «Aurora» team, integrity, transparency, and responsible partnership are essential elements of systematic cooperation with our counterparties. We aim not only to develop these practices within the company but also to share our experience with the wider business community.
