Relocation Support Program: Stories of Aurora Team Members Who Chose Change

Every relocation story is a deeply personal experience filled with emotions, challenges, and questions about what comes next. Aurora supports team members through the Relocation Support Program — providing financial assistance and ensuring they are not left alone while adapting to a new team and a new city. đź’›

We are sharing sincere stories from program participants for whom relocation became a new chapter, a source of new opportunities, and an important decision for themselves and their families.

Iryna Pliush

Kyiv, Sales Assistant

«Moving to Kyiv was an exciting and emotional step for me, because changing cities always requires courage and resources. Thanks to Aurora’s support program, this process was much easier and more comfortable.

I am grateful to the company for supporting me at every stage. The move gave me new acquaintances, new experience, and the opportunity to move forward.

To colleagues who are still hesitating, I want to say: don’t be afraid. You will not be left alone — Aurora will support you during the adaptation process».

Sofiia Oleshkevych

Truskavets, Sales Assistant

«I am very satisfied with this support program because during relocation, this is exactly what you need. You need something to live on, and during the move you cannot always work right away, so this kind of help is very important for us, Aurora team members.

I moved because it was unsafe in Dnipro, and here I have relatives nearby. I did not want to leave my store, but I was supported. The new team is also great, although at first it felt unusual.

Do not hesitate if you really want to move — it is better to make your dreams come true!»

Svitlana Ivanenko

Uzhhorod, Sales Assistant

«The decisive factor was that my husband was offered a job in Perechyn, while the situation in Kramatorsk was getting worse. My previous manager was upset because we had worked together for three years since the store opening, but she supported my decision and said it was the best choice for my family.

At first, I was scared: a different city, new people, a bigger store. But the team turned out to be wonderful.

My advice is not to be afraid: Aurora’s support program gives you confidence that you already have a job».

Oksana Vatsovska

Lviv, Store Manager

«Family circumstances were the main reason for my relocation. What upset me the most was the thought that I would have to resign, because the company had become an important part of my life. That is why the opportunity to stay with Aurora, but in a different location, became real support for me. My previous manager was understanding, and the new team helped me adapt quickly. From the very first days, I felt like part of the team.

To colleagues who are hesitating, I advise you not to be afraid of change. Change can be exciting, but it also opens up new opportunities. It is worth giving yourself this chance».
