Your key responsibilities:
- Повне управління життєвим циклом проєктів (ініціація → план → реалізація → контроль → завершення).
- Створення детальних планів, дорожніх карт та ризик-матриць.
- Управління бюджетом та ресурсами. - Регулярна комунікація з керівництвом, підготовка презентацій та звітів.
- Забезпечення відповідності проєктних рішень стратегічним цілям компанії.
- Підтримка операційних команд у період змін: адаптація процесів, навчання, впровадження SOP.
- Кандидат має бути готовим до відряджень по Україні.
We'll have a great time working together if you:
- Професійний досвід - 2+ років досвіду у проєктному менеджменті у логістиці, ритейлі або FMCG.
- Досвід роботи зі складськими процесами (комплектація, приймання, сортування, інвентаризація) буде перевагою.
- Бажано: досвід участі у WMS/OMS проєктах або впровадженні автоматизованих складів.
- Вміння працювати з дошками планеру проектів, та можливість їх модерації.
- Володіння методологіями управління проєктами: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
- Вміння працювати з бізнес-вимогами, процесами, схемами та специфікаціями.
- Аналітичний підхід, системне мислення.
- Відмінні навички комунікації, фасилітації та впливу.
- Стресостійкість та вміння паралельно вести кілька складних проєктів.
- Розуміння роботи WMS, ERP, WCS.
- Базові знання у сфері автоматизації складів (конвеєри, сортировщики, сканери, облік) буде перевагою.
- Excel/Google Sheets на впевненому рівні.
- Навички роботи з Teams/Jira/Confluence/Asana або аналогами.
