Your key responsibilities:
- Розробка стратегії розвитку Хабу;
- Запуск і управління програмами (освітні проєкти, хакатони, навчання);
- Побудова партнерств із навчальними закладами та молодіжними організаціями;
- Формування активної молодіжної спільноти навколо бренду та залучення молодих талантів в компанію;
- Комунікація та позиціонування «Аврора мультимаркет» як компанії можливостей для молоді (PR, івенти, публічність);
- Вимірювання впливу;
- Управління бюджетом та ресурсами;
- Формування та залучення команди.
