Toloka is an ancient Ukrainian tradition. It was originally organized in villages to carry out urgent tasks that required a large number of motivated people.

Despite the challenging times, we decided to take a break and combine the pleasant with the meaningful. In our modern city, we created another cozy outdoor space on our company grounds — a peaceful spot where anyone can relax and take a break on a bench among the trees.
The company Dekoplant launched the “Flowers of Gratitude” initiative, which involves planting ornamental flowering shrubs across Vinnytsia region and other parts of Ukraine.
As part of this initiative, Dekoplant generously donated 50 saplings to us.
Each ornamental plant will represent a city — Rzeszów, Kielce, Lublin, Peterborough, Košice, and many others — whose communities extended a helping hand to Ukraine with kindness, care, and support. These blooming shrubs will stand as living symbols of gratitude and new beginnings.
After clearing the park area of overgrowth, setting up benches, and planting the decorative shrubs, we came together to name this smoke-free space KaizeN Park — because it is here, surrounded by nature, that KaizeN ideas are most often born.
Together, we’ve already grown used to #creating_our_own_world
