Aurora Named Among Ukraine's Top 50 Veteran-Friendly Employers by Delo.ua

Aurora has been included in Delo.ua's Top 50 Veteran-Friendly Employers as part of the Veteran Economy special project.

The ranking recognizes Ukrainian companies that systematically support veterans through employment, adaptation, and professional development. The evaluation considered both the number of veterans employed and the availability of dedicated support programs.

Today, Aurora employs 143 veterans. The company was among the first in Ukraine to introduce the position of Chief Veterans Officer, launched 31 remote positions for veterans with limited mobility, providing both training and the necessary technical equipment, and developed the internal learning courses "Supporting Veterans" and "How the Military Works" for all employees.

Supporting veterans is an integral part of Aurora's corporate culture. The company continues to develop initiatives that help veterans successfully transition to civilian careers, build inclusive teams, and create equal opportunities for professional growth.

Being recognized among Ukraine's Top 50 Veteran-Friendly Employers reflects Aurora's long-term commitment to building a workplace where veterans are valued, supported, and empowered to continue their professional journey.
