At FinRetail 2025, Aurora’s Fintech Manager Vitalii Kolisnyk, together with partners from PrivatBank, presented a new level of customer service in retail. The spotlight was on modern financial solutions already available to Aurora’s clients: cash withdrawal at checkout, Android POS, and FacePay. Aurora became the first retail chain in Ukraine of such scale to introduce facial recognition payments. In collaboration with PrivatBank, the FacePay technology was integrated into Android POS and now operates both at traditional checkouts and self-service terminals.

Vitalii emphasized that the partnership between Aurora and PrivatBank is a true win-win model. Innovations are combined with customer convenience while simultaneously boosting business efficiency. Together, Aurora and PrivatBank are effectively setting a new standard for fintech services at the checkout.
