On May 15, a nationwide job fair took place across Ukraine, and the Avrora team was proud to participate in this important initiative. Symbolically, the event coincided with Vyshyvanka Day — a celebration that unites the nation around its rich cultural heritage.

Our recruiters embraced the festive spirit and joyfully joined the event wearing vyshyvankas — traditional embroidered shirts that symbolize resilience, identity, and love for the homeland.

The company was represented at two locations:

• in Lviv
• in the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka

During the events, special attention was paid to the employment of women and their involvement in professions traditionally considered male-dominated. This is an important step toward overcoming gender stereotypes and promoting equal opportunities in the labor market.
