- Діагностика ІТ-обладнання;
- Віддалена підтримка та обслуговування ІТ-обладнання на магазинах;
- Встановлення і адміністрування ОС і ПЗ;
- Робота зі специфічним програмним забезпеченням;
- Моніторинг та контроль працездатності ІТ-обладнання - опрацювання заявок, щодо непрацюючого ІТ-обладнання, а також інформування користувачів стосовно виконання цих заявок.
