Aurora continues to support initiatives that help Ukrainian women develop their own businesses and strengthen the country’s economy.
In partnership with the Kyiv School of Economics Charitable Foundation, JSC Oschadbank, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, and the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund, we are joining the second stage of the “CREATE!” grant program. In 2025, over 40 million hryvnias will be allocated to support women working in manufacturing and processing sectors — from mechanical engineering to the textile industry. This program aims to provide Ukrainian women entrepreneurs with resources for growth, innovation, and job creation.
The program offers grants of up to 600,000 UAH for the purchase of equipment, logistics, or software. Applications are open to sole proprietors and women-owned businesses (LLCs/Private Enterprises) where women hold more than 50% ownership. Participation is limited to manufacturing enterprises that have been operating for over a year and have the relevant NACE codes (Section C). Applications are accepted until October 31, 2025.
The “CREATE!” grant program was launched in 2024 by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF).
During the first stage of the program, 65 women entrepreneurs from various regions of Ukraine received funding, expanded their production, launched new products, and made their businesses more autonomous. The second stage opens up new opportunities for even more Ukrainian women to invest in their growth, increase efficiency, and build sustainable local economies.
