Aurora signed the memorandum "Principles of Veteran-Friendly Business"

In early November, the Forbes Ukraine "CEO Summit" took place, where representatives of 20 Ukrainian companies, including Taras Panasenko, CEO of the "Avrora" multimarkets, signed the principles of business that is friendly to veterans.

This memorandum was developed by Starlight Media with the support of Veteran Hub, in partnership with Forbes Ukraine and the Ministry of Veterans of Ukraine.

The purpose of the principles is to help companies support veterans and their families in various areas: in the workplace, in products, services and procurement, communications and marketing.

The list includes 12 principles, including:
- ensure access to quality programs to support physical and psychological health;
- honor the memory of the deceased;
- provide leadership in supporting veterans at the highest management level.

“It is important that this initiative comes from the leaders of Ukrainian business,” says Minister of Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova. – In turn, the Ministry of Veterans develops methodological recommendations for business representatives on the integration of veterans, implements quality state policies and helps enterprises establish work aimed at employment, education and career guidance of veterans.
