For nearly a year, Aurora has been supporting the "Zemlyachky. Ukrainian Front" project, which provides aid to women serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This collaboration began in 2022, initiated by the civic movement "Oborona Poltavy" in partnership with Zemlyachky, through the launch of the project “For Her.”
As part of this initiative, our company has been consistently assembling and delivering hygiene kits for women in the military — and we proudly continue to do so today.
At the end of 2022, our partnership with Zemlyachky. Ukrainian Front grew even stronger with the launch of a charitable initiative called “Share the Warmth, Share the Holiday.” From December 19, 2022, to January 15, 2023, every Ukrainian who purchased New Year’s goods at any Aurora store automatically supported women defenders — because 10% of those sales were directed toward sewing winter uniforms for women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In just 28 days, Ukrainians came together and raised 6 million UAH, which made it possible to produce 952 complete winter kits for servicewomen.
To mark a year of impactful work, the Zemlyachky team hosted an anniversary event in Kyiv — “Zemlyachky's Year in Review.” The gathering not only celebrated results and shared new charitable merch under the label ZMLCHK, but also recognized key partners. Among them were representatives of Aurora, who received a symbolic award — a decorative shell casing, engraved with the Zemlyachky and Aurora logos.
We are deeply grateful to the incredible women — both on the front lines and behind the scenes — who dedicate themselves every day to supporting Ukraine.
