Avrora Green Takes 3rd Place at Ukraine’s First Customer Experience Awards

The first-ever Ukrainian CX Excellence Awards — a national event celebrating outstanding achievements in customer experience — recently took place in Ukraine, and Avrora was proud to be among the participants.

At the event, Avrora Green, a sustainability-focused initiative from the Avrora Group of Companies, was presented in the category “Best Corporate Social Responsibility Project in Customer Service.”

Avrora Green is dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the health of Ukrainians. Currently, the project operates a waste sorting hub in Poltava, which serves as a local eco-center. The team leads and supports a wide range of initiatives that empower individuals to contribute to a greener future.

At the sorting point, staff members:

• Educate the public on how to sort waste properly
• Assist visitors in the sorting process
• Offer eco-friendly products and items made from recycled materials

From February to June, the project team submitted essays and presented the concept and impact of Avrora Green to the program committee. The jury was impressed by the project’s level of development and the customer-oriented service it provides.

And now — the long-awaited result:
3rd place in the category “Best CSR Project in Customer Service.”
