Gold for the Trajectory

On December 3 in Kyiv, the Partnership for Sustainability Award 2024 ceremony took place.
This is an annual award organized by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine, which recognizes the best projects implemented by businesses in partnership with the public and government sectors to advance the Sustainable Development Goals and support Ukraine during the war.

This year, in the "Economic Development" category, Aurora was awarded Gold for its National Education and Grant Program Trajectory, implemented in partnership with the Diia.Business network of entrepreneurship support centers. The program addresses one of the most pressing issues of our time — the economic and social reintegration of military personnel, veterans, and their families.

Trajectory provides grants of up to UAH 100,000 to 50 winners, offers access to educational webinars and consultations, and supports the launch of small businesses, creating financial stability and new opportunities.

The program received 440 applications from across Ukraine, including 43% veterans, 7% active military personnel, and 50% spouses of military service members. The gender balance among participants was 55% women and 45% men. The most popular business areas among the winners were service/construction, food production, and sewing.

This award reaffirms that collaboration between business, the state, and civil society is a driving force for sustainable development in Ukraine.
We are proud of our team and everyone who contributed to this important initiative.

Together, we are building a future rooted in support, resilience, and growth.
