Recently, two Aurora experts represented the company at leading professional conferences in Ukraine, sharing practical experience in people management and digital transformation. 

On July 8, Hanna Prykhodchenko, Operational Leader of Aurora's HC Department, joined the panel discussion "Labour Market and Talent Strategies — A Time for Active Adaptation" at HR Wisdom Summit 2026. 

Hanna shared Aurora's experience in employing and onboarding teenagers aged 16–17, discussed approaches to addressing talent shortages, and highlighted the use of AI and automation in recruitment. During the event, she also received an award on behalf of Aurora for the company's 35th place in the "TOP-100 Best Employers 2026" ranking. 

On July 9, Maks Bieliak, CPO of Aurora Digital, spoke at DOU Product Day 2026 with the presentation "Digital Aurora as a Driver of Digital Transformation." 

Maks shared how Aurora Digital is developing the company's digital ecosystem and emphasized that successful products are built not by individual heroes, but through strong teams, effective processes, and a systematic approach. 

Although the topics differed, both presentations shared a common message: sustainable business growth is driven by people empowered by effective systems, modern approaches, and continuous development.
