On June 10, Taras Panasenko, Co-founder of Aurora, took part in the panel discussion “Leaders of Change and Their Ambitious Plans” held during RAU Expo 2026, one of Ukraine’s leading retail industry events.
Together with executives from major Ukrainian companies, the participants discussed key business challenges, including scaling during wartime, attracting investment, maintaining competitiveness, and building resilient organizations in an environment of prolonged uncertainty.
During the discussion, Taras shared Aurora’s approach to business growth. According to him, scaling is primarily about responsibility and the ability to build simple, repeatable systems that can maintain the same level of quality across thousands of locations.
He also presented Aurora Next, a partnership initiative designed for Ukrainian businesses that have already proven their business model and are ready for the next stage of growth.
The discussion also addressed veteran support and employee well-being. Participants emphasized that caring for people is not only a social responsibility but also a fundamental component of a sustainable and resilient business.
Aurora’s participation in industry events helps share practical expertise, contribute to business development, and promote modern management approaches across Ukraine.
