With the support of Aurora, the first stage of the all-Ukrainian competition "Strong of Ukraine" took place in Odesa, marking the start of the competitive season for veterans and servicemembers. The tournament became a landmark event, bringing together over 300 participants from across the country.

The competition was organized at the initiative of the Ukrainian Strongman Federation with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.
The project aims to promote sports-based rehabilitation for war veterans. Sport helps those returning from the frontlines find new paths to physical recovery, psychological resilience, and reintegration into active civilian life.
The veterans competed in the following disciplines:
-
Bench press
- Kettlebell snatch
- Rowing on Concept2 machines
- AirBike challenge
- Invastrong (adaptive strength discipline)
The atmosphere at the tournament was filled with strength, solidarity, and support. Veterans who had seen war firsthand demonstrated not only physical endurance but also an unbreakable will to live.
Spectators who gathered to support the participants left with a powerful boost of motivation and inspiration. These heroes prove their strength not only on the battlefield — but also in peaceful life.
Upcoming stages of the competition:
-
March 22 in Lviv – the next “Strong of Ukraine” stage with the support of Aurora.
- March 23 in Horodenka – Aurora will also be a partner of the “Invincibles’ Victory” Veterans Team Cup of Ukraine.
