Yevheniia Kucherenko spoke at Spring Kyiv Project Management Day 2026

Yevheniia Kucherenko, Head of the Project and Process Management Office, spoke at Spring Kyiv Project Management Day 2026 with her original presentation, “42 Reasons Why Projects Need Processes. And One More, Just in Case.”

During her presentation, Yevheniia shared practical experience in building processes and demonstrated how a systematic approach can transform chaotic requests, manual management, and long-established practices into transparent and scalable ways of working.

One of the featured examples was the development of a unified R&D idea funnel, illustrating how clear rules of collaboration and management discipline help create processes that deliver predictable results and support business growth.

The discussion focused on the role of processes in achieving results, management discipline, and building systems that enable teams to work more effectively.

At Aurora, processes are not about bureaucracy. They are about creating clear ways of collaboration that help scale the business and achieve sustainable results.

We are proud to see our colleagues sharing their expertise on professional platforms and contributing to the development of project management practices in Ukraine.
