Aurora Experts Speak at Leading Industry Conferences in Ukraine

Representatives of Aurora participated in several major professional events, sharing practical experience in logistics, process management, and retail partnership development. 

Olena Tsymbalysta, Logistics Director at Aurora, spoke at the XXXV All-Ukrainian Logistics Day 2026 conference with the presentation “Logistics Without Interruptions: How to Stay an Efficient Business in Times of Uncertainty.” 

During her speech, she shared Aurora’s approach to maintaining operational continuity and scaling logistics processes. Olena explained how a team of more than 2,000 specialists processes 160 million units daily, manages a fleet of 120 company-owned vehicles, and ensures uninterrupted logistics operations even during periods of crisis. 

On June 11, Yevheniia Kucherenko, Head of Project and Process Management at Aurora, spoke at the Business Process Management Conference 2026 organized by ABPMP Ukraine. In her presentation, “People, Processes, and a Little Artificial Intelligence: Notes on Building a Process Office,” she shared Aurora’s experience in transforming process management practices. 

Yevheniia described the company’s transition from fragmented documentation and isolated process descriptions to a systematic process management framework. As a result, Aurora has developed a unified digital catalog containing more than 1,050 business processes. She also highlighted the importance of process thinking, gemba practices, end-to-end process management, and the use of artificial intelligence for process analysis and modeling. As part of this transformation, 137 employees completed training programs and participated in a series of practical workshops. 

Oleksandr Dotsenko, Commercial Director of Aurora, participated in RAU EXPO 2026, one of Ukraine’s leading retail industry events. He joined the panel discussion “Cooperation with Retail Chains: Entry Points, Opportunities, and Challenges.” 

Together with other industry representatives, he discussed supplier selection criteria, factors that contribute to successful retailer-manufacturer cooperation, and the challenges of maintaining long-term partnerships in a competitive and rapidly changing market environment.
