Aurora hosted an express self-defense course for women

Aurora held a practical express self-defense course for women as part of our commitment to gender equality, care, and creating an environment where everyone can feel safer and more confident.

We believe that supporting women is not only about equal opportunities, but also about providing access to practical knowledge and skills that help build confidence in everyday life.

During the course, participants:
·       learned more about preventive self-defense;

·       explored action algorithms for dangerous situations;

·       practiced basic physical protection techniques;

·       received practical personal safety recommendations.
 
For us, supporting women means not only talking about equality, but also implementing initiatives that provide practical skills, confidence, and a greater sense of safety.
