On August 5, at the Hirnyk Stadium in Kryvyi Rih, a contract signing and the official presentation of a new collaboration took place.

For the first time in Ukraine, a women's football club team has gained its own official sponsor. And we are proud to announce that it is our company that has the honor of supporting the talented athletes of Kryvbas Women’s Football Club (WFC Kryvbas).

However, this partnership goes far beyond sponsorship of WFC Kryvbas in their debut European club season. It also includes the launch of a social responsibility program aimed at actively promoting equal opportunities for women and men.

To implement this shared vision, our company and WFC Kryvbas have established an informal platform called "Equality Hub." The uniqueness of this initiative lies in the fact that it was co-founded by both women and men — unlike many similar projects, which are often exclusively women-led.

Goals of the Equality Hub:
To unite companies and individuals who embrace the philosophy of gender equality and to strengthen practical efforts against stereotypes, discrimination (both overt and hidden), and gender-based violence.

To engage experts and thought leaders in ongoing dialogue on gender equality, raising awareness across broader society.

To promote the exchange of experiences and success stories that serve as real-world examples of progress.

To create conditions that expand opportunities for women and girls in traditionally male-dominated fields, and to advocate for recognition and appreciation of women’s achievements.

We firmly believe that the results of this initiative will be felt not only among direct participants but also within the wider Kryvyi Rih community, and will resonate across regions — and eventually all of Ukraine.
