Aurora has joined the nationwide UNIC project aimed at promoting a culture of business integrity.

The All-Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) has launched the project “Promoting a Culture of Responsible Business Conduct for SMEs in the Regions”, developed with the support of the OSCE, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Employment Service, and the Made in Ukraine Offices.

The initiative aims to help small and medium-sized business representatives understand how the principles of integrity, transparency, and ethics can become real tools for growth, trust, and corporate resilience.

The first stage was an online event — the webinar “Business Integrity for SMEs”, held on October 30, which brought together over 200 participants from across Ukraine. Entrepreneurs, experts, and representatives of state institutions discussed how compliance and ethical standards can help businesses grow even during times of crisis.

Among the participants, the greatest interest was sparked by real stories of companies that have already integrated compliance into their operations. The company Aurora Multimarket was represented by Maksym Bezruk, Deputy Commercial Director for Key Partner Strategy, and Kateryna Kuzhym, Lawyer and Compliance Specialist. They shared how a systematic approach to business integrity has become the foundation of the company’s stability and strong reputation. Transparent rules for partner relations, along with an internal culture of ethics and responsibility, help Aurora maintain trust and ensure sustainable growth.

Concluding the webinar, Mariana Teklyuk, Coordinator of the UNIC Academy, presented the next stages of the project. In November, offline events will be held in the Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, where around 200 Ukrainian entrepreneurs will gain practical tools for implementing compliance, learn about development opportunities from the State Employment Service, and join a community of entrepreneurs fostering a culture of integrity in Ukrainian business.

Aurora Multimarket’s participation in the UNIC project marks another step in the company’s ongoing journey toward cultivating a culture of transparency, responsibility, and partnership. For Aurora, integrity is not just a standard of corporate conduct but a powerful instrument for building sustainable relationships with customers, partners, and society as a whole.
