Aurora devotes great attention to educational initiatives, ensuring that the topic of accessibility becomes closer and clearer to every team member. At the same time, we know how important it is to talk about this with children — simply, sincerely, and in a way they can understand. That’s why we joined the social project by the NGO “Zrush Skelyu” — “The Best Holiday of Charlis”, a coloring fairy tale about inclusion and accessibility.
This project is designed for students in grades 1–4 and is currently being implemented in Lutsk. Through the story, children learn how to communicate respectfully with veterans who have amputations or use prosthetics. It’s more than just a coloring book — it’s an educational tool that helps young readers develop empathy, tolerance, and understanding toward others.
We believe that an inclusive society begins in childhood. It’s from small steps that a great culture of respect, openness, and humanity is built. Aurora is sincerely proud to be part of the changes that, step by step, are bringing Ukraine closer to a barrier-free society.
Accessibility at Aurora is a strategic choice — to be a company for everyone.
