Aurora New Generation is a chance to build a career in a stable and responsible organization where everyone can find their place and unlock their potential. We support, train, and help young people grow professionally alongside us, creating an environment for development and a confident start.

We welcome everyone who shares our work pace and values, and we are actively expanding opportunities to join our team. Today, we have already opened positions for teenagers aged 16–17 in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Khmelnytskyi, and we are working every day to offer similar opportunities for youth in other cities across Ukraine.

Aurora firmly believes that ambitious, hard-working, and educated young people are the future of our country. That’s why we are actively contributing to the development of the younger generation through partnerships with educational projects, collaboration with students, and the creation of the Aurora Students Summer School. From now on, we are even more committed to creating opportunities for teenagers to work and gain valuable experience. Our goal is not only to provide them with a chance to earn money but also to offer meaningful employment in a modern Ukrainian company that is rapidly growing and setting trends in corporate social responsibility.
