- Планування робочого графіка, організація зустрічей та нарад
- Контроль виконання поставлених задач і дедлайнів
- Підготовка звітності, аналітики та презентацій
- Взаємодія з керівниками підрозділів (склад, логістика, персонал)
- Ведення внутрішнього документообігу
- Організація відряджень та робочих заходів
- Участь в оптимізації процесів роботи розподільчого центру

- Впевнене володіння Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint

- Уміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності
- Бажано розуміння складських та логістичних процесів
