Your key responsibilities:
- організовувати роботу корпоративного таксі (приймати дзвінки від працівників складу) і заносити дані у відповідну таблицю;
- заносити дані в таблицю ТЕС (інформація по завантаженій авто (в повному обсязі);
- заносити дані з маршрутного листа по приїзду водія;
- перевіряти кілометраж за допомогою GPS трекера, заносити інформацію по чеку із заправки та сканувати маршрутний лист у відповідне місце зберігання;
- вирішувати форс-мажорні ситуації та питання.
