Yevheniia Kucherenko, Head of the Project and Process Management Office at the Avrora Multimarket network, shared her experience as part of the module “Team Management and Collaboration. Project Management. Practical Colloquium.” The training took place within the Certificate Program “Leadership and Resilience” of the Ukrainian Veterans Leadership Center at NaUKMA.

The program is aimed at supporting veterans who aspire to make an impact in public policy, the civil society sector, and other leadership initiatives dedicated to Ukraine’s recovery and development.

Yevheniia’s participation was not only a contribution of knowledge, but also a meaningful investment in shaping a new wave of leaders capable of driving sustainable change in society.
