For the past six months, Aurora has been financially supporting the professional training of Ukraine’s Defense Forces at the "Borovyter" military school.
During this time, instructors in the “Military Command and Planning” program have trained 436 specialists, equipped to respond swiftly to challenges and effectively plan military operations.
Key Training Programs:
“Leadership for Sergeants” – successfully completed by 298 cadets.
“Thanks to consistent support from September to February, we were able to introduce new modules and improve the course curriculum. We implemented practical drone usage and developed a training scenario for conducting night ambushes using equipment and weaponry.”
— Mykola, Program Lead
“Unit Command Procedures” – completed by 72 cadets.
“We developed a new training scenario and extended the course by one day. We also created and integrated a ‘synchronization matrix’ module into the curriculum. Additionally, we contributed to the development of a TLP course for the Delta system and produced a new training manual titled ‘Unit Command Procedures.’”
— Oleksii, Program Lead
“Military Decision-Making Process” – completed by 66 cadets.
“We successfully relaunched this program. In November, we held an instructor course, after which four veterans joined the teaching staff. In December, the linear course was launched, which has received strong interest from servicemembers.”
— Andrii, Program Lead
This support is more than just a contribution — it’s a real step toward strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities through high-quality, hands-on training.
