Aurora's Victory in the «Best Employer» Category at SUP-2024

On December 10, the SUP Awards ceremony took place, recognizing this year's winners. This annual award honors the best Ukrainian entrepreneurs, promotes entrepreneurship, and celebrates groundbreaking practices in Ukrainian business.

Taras Panasenko, CEO and co-founder of Aurora Multimarkets, received the award on stage in the category:

🌟"Best Employer (HR-brand)"🌟

Aurora's victory in this category was driven by its comprehensive approach to supporting veterans, aimed at facilitating their successful return to work and creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The information program, co-developed with veterans, includes a detailed guide to available opportunities: contacts, helpful tips, and answers to frequently asked questions. Sports activities integrated into the program contribute to physical recovery and social reintegration.

Regular training sessions focus on fostering mutual support between veterans and their colleagues. Topics such as building comfortable relationships within the team, overcoming potential challenges, and effective solutions are discussed. Additionally, meetings with management and mentors are organized to enhance support and growth.

"This initiative is a unique example of how businesses can support those who defended their country. Aurora Multimarket not only creates a welcoming environment for veterans but also cultivates a corporate culture that promotes inclusion, mutual respect, and trust," said Alona Zhyhura, Head of CSR, whose department leads this initiative.
