Modern educational opportunities for teenagers create the environment in which the country’s future is shaped. That is why Avrora systematically supports initiatives that give young people access to knowledge, new fields, and experiences that help them choose their own path. One of the key directions of this work is the partnership with Zminotvortsi, an educational organization that helps teenagers from small towns and villages see broader opportunities and believe in their own potential.
Zminotvortsi began their work in 2023 as an educational initiative and have since grown into a comprehensive learning system for teenagers aged 14 and over. The program includes 12 free courses where professionals from various fields explain how the modern world works and how its key processes interact. The goal is to help teenagers better understand global events, develop critical thinking, and prepare for adult life.
In January 2025, Avrora Multimarket became a strategic partner of Zminotvortsi and supported the operation of its educational system with ₴1 million. This contribution ensured that the courses remained free for teenagers. During the first half of 2025 alone, the organization conducted 91 classes across seven courses, attended by more than 250 students. As part of the partnership, an offline intensive program was also held in Poltava for 32 high school students. Participants visited Avrora’s office, where the company’s co-founder, Lesia Klymenko, shared real-life decision-making experiences and insights.
For many students, these educational opportunities became a turning point in building confidence and shifting their worldview. One participant noted: “Thank you for all the courses and the camp! All of this helped me become more confident and overcome barriers I wouldn’t have managed on my own.” Such feedback highlights the true value of the partnership and its meaningful impact on young people’s lives.
The collaboration with Zminotvortsi also includes broader educational activities. In the first half of 2025, the project team held over 3,000 meetings with high schoolers during 41 regional visits. During these trips, teenagers learned about the program, participated in career guidance sessions, and received support in exploring their interests. From January to August, the system welcomed 428 new participants and 18 instructors, and also organized two educational camps and two offline intensives. Since the project's launch, nearly 1,500 teenagers have completed the courses — and the number continues to grow.
Zminotvortsi co-founder Vladyslav Hreziev emphasizes: “Avrora’s support has helped teenagers broaden their worldview and gain confidence, and it allowed us to continue our educational activities even during the summer.” For Avrora, this partnership is part of a long-term strategy to create equal educational opportunities for young people across different regions. As Kateryna Kolubai, Head of Ethics and Values Compliance at Avrora, notes: “Youth is the driving force of future change. That is why it is crucial for us to support teenagers and share practical experience with them, especially in communities where educational opportunities are limited.”
For Avrora, educational initiatives are not one-time efforts but a strategic direction aimed at opening real opportunities for young people and supporting their development. The company continues to invest in youth so that future changemakers can grow and realize their potential here in Ukraine.
