On December 3, on Giving Tuesday, the global day of kindness, the "Those Who Care" conference took place in Kyiv. The event focused on pressing issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Ukraine and was organized by the Zagoriy Foundation's Bureau of Social Projects.

Representatives from the business community and charitable organizations discussed ways to effectively implement charitable projects while adhering to the economic regulations of martial law.
Aurora's CSR Head, Alona Zhyhura, participated in a panel discussion titled "Business and Foundations: Interaction Life Hacks," moderated by a Ukrainian media expert, philanthropist, and co-founder of the Zagoriy Foundation family charity fund.
The discussion focused on analyzing the interaction between businesses and foundations to understand: what businesses expect from foundations and vice versa. The goal was to foster honest and constructive dialogue, enabling mutual understanding to enhance the success of charitable projects.
"Participating in such a conference was incredibly important for us! Hearing cases from other companies, exchanging experiences, and understanding the challenges and expectations foundations have for businesses was a unique opportunity provided by the panel discussion and the conference as a whole. Businesses and foundations often face difficulties in building communication and articulating their needs to each other, but I believe such events will help establish collaboration more quickly and effectively. We are all working to bring victory closer, so we must remain open to one another (businesses and foundations)," said Aliona Zhyhura.
