Yevheniia Kucherenko, Head of the Project and Process Management Office at Avrora, joined an important educational initiative that for the second time brought together veterans at NaUKMA. The Veterans’ Resource Center “Leadership Center for the Defenders of Ukraine” successfully completed its second cohort of project management training within the Certificate Program “Leadership and Resilience” — a program designed to support those who, after their service, aim to grow in the public sector, civic initiatives, and leadership roles that are crucial for the country’s recovery.
One of the key components of the program was the module “Team Management and Collaboration. Project Management. Practical Colloquium,” delivered with the participation of Yevheniia Kucherenko. Her expertise helped turn the training into a space for genuine and dynamic exchange of experience, where participants explored not only theory and practical tools but also reflected on values, responsibility, and leadership in conditions of uncertainty. Participants worked with real cases, examined team dynamics, tested project management approaches, and learned to find solutions where they initially seemed impossible.
The second cohort once again proved that Ukraine’s strength lies in people who are unafraid to take responsibility, to learn, and to launch meaningful initiatives.
