The “Movement Without Barriers” initiative is launching the “In Their Own Words” podcast — a series of honest conversations about accessibility, inclusion, and the changes that are making our society more accessible for everyone.

The guest of the first episode is Roman Andres — Chief Inclusion Officer, Head of Social Development and Partnerships at the Aurora retail chain.

Together with host Anna Kutsenko, Head of the Project Office of “Movement Without Barriers,” they discussed:
- Aurora’s journey toward creating a more accessible environment;
