Aurora has successfully completed a business accelerator program focused on human rights.

We’re proud to share that our company has successfully completed the Human Rights Business Accelerator, organized by UNDP Ukraine and the UN Global Compact Network in Ukraine.

Throughout the program, we deepened our understanding of how to integrate international human rights standards into our corporate culture — ensuring that our business grows responsibly, ethically, and with people at the heart of everything we do.

During the graduation event, government and business leaders of Ukraine came together to discuss key topics, including:

-the importance of readiness for change to support the successful reintegration of veterans after military service;

-gender equality as a foundation for inclusive workplaces;

-the significance of mental health and psychological support for employees.

Embracing these principles marks another step in our commitment to sustainable development and the protection of human rights.

Responsible business is our choice — and our contribution to a future where everyone feels valued.
